Project Narrative
MBS Farms reimagines the Indian farmhouse as a curated trio of concept villas: a Japanese minimalist pavilion, a Mediterranean luxury home, and an elevated treehouse retreat — all set across three acres of landscaped grounds.
Each villa is architecturally distinct yet visually cohesive, designed for a buyer who values experience and provenance over square footage alone.
