    We visit your plot, assess soil, orientation, local bylaws, and access. Then we sit with you to understand your vision, lifestyle, and budget. The output is a written concept brief — the north star for every decision that follows.

    Design Development

    Our architects develop the full design — floor plans, elevations, 3D renders, landscape plan, and material palette. You approve before anything is built.

    Permits & Approvals

    We handle all Gram Panchayat, DTCP, or municipal authority submissions. Our legal and liaison team manages this so construction can begin the moment design is approved.

    Construction

    Our site teams build to spec. You get monthly progress reports, site photos, and direct access to your project manager throughout.

    Interior, Landscape & Handover

    Interiors, furniture, landscaping, and utility commissioning happen in parallel. Handover includes a full documentation package — as-built drawings, warranties, permit certificates.
