    Week 1–2. Walk the land, assess orientation, soil, water table, views, and bylaws. Then understand lifestyle, use, and material preferences.

    Concept Development

    Week 3–6. Design narrative specific to your land, lifestyle, and Jaipur's context. You approve concept before detailed design begins.

    Detailed Design & Materials

    Week 7–12. Floor plans, elevations, palettes, landscape — with your input. Material sourcing begins (international items: 8–12 week lead time).

    Approvals & Permits

    Parallel. All JUDA approvals, building permits, and compliance handled by us. Jaipur's process is well-established.

    Construction

    Month 6–16. Phased: foundation, structure, MEP, interiors, finishes, landscape. Monthly progress reports and site photos.

    Interiors & Handover

    Final 2–3 months. Kitchens, wardrobes, flooring, paint, furniture installation. Handover includes as-built drawings, warranties, manuals.
