Week 1–2. We visit your plot, assess soil, orientation, local bylaws, and access. Then we sit with you to understand vision, lifestyle, and budget. The output is a written concept brief.
Week 3–8. Architects develop the full design — floor plans, elevations, 3D renders, landscape plan, and material palette. You approve before anything is built.
Parallel to design. We handle all Gram Panchayat, DTCP, or municipal authority submissions so construction starts the moment design is approved.
Month 3–14 depending on size. Site teams build to spec. Monthly progress reports, site photos, and direct access to your project manager throughout.
Final 2–3 months. Interiors, furniture, landscaping, and utility commissioning happen in parallel. Handover includes as-built drawings, warranties, and permit certificates.
