Project Narrative
Hill Station Valley is an ongoing gated farmhouse plot development positioned along NH48 with sweeping Aravalli views — engineered as a premium long-hold investment for HNI buyers seeking a second home with strong appreciation potential.
We led the full master plan, internal road network, utilities, gated entry, and luxury plot demarcation. Every plot is positioned to maximize view lines and privacy, with shared amenities woven into the natural topography.
