The Story
Project Narrative
MBS Genetics commissioned us to build North India's most advanced commercial Boer goat genetics farm — a complete agro-infrastructure project on three acres of raw, unbuilt land outside Jaipur.
The brief was uncompromising: world-class breeding infrastructure, livestock procurement, water and power systems, and full operational handover within a single financial cycle. Every decision had to balance CIRG-aligned breeding science with commercial throughput.
Six months later, the farm was producing premium Boer genetics with a 30% productivity uplift over benchmark farms — and a 4× projected yield against the original BOQ.
